More karaage today, had marinated too much yesterday. Tossing in tapioca starch the night before and deep frying the next morning results in a much crunchier finish than the usual dredging and frying on the spot! I learned something for a change.
Rice cooked in miso, chicken breast karaage (because we want to keep things healthy), lightly pickled cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and fruit (persimmon, strawberries and pomegranate)
