Gee aren’t these dainty. French meringue cookies for The Kitchn’s baking school day 4! Humidity affects meringues but ‘low’ or ‘high’ humidity is a little subjective, I don’t know what it means. Ppl say Jeddah (50% humidity) is too humid but to me it is dry because Singapore is often about 70% like today. A bit like “room temperature” butter; in Delhi during the summer, room temp butter is oil. #confuzzlement #meringue #kitchnbakingschool #amstillbehind
