Iftar for day 20 of Ramadan! Wow not too shabby, 20 days already, it’s moving fast.
Had a wonderful dinner spent with some really, really lovely people where two kitchens worked hard to churn out what you see here. We had Sichuan beef again, the recipe of which is from @thewoksoflife , Nasi lemak with all the requisite sides (crispy chicken wings, sambal prawns, onion omelette, cucumber and crispy fried anchovies with peanuts), kabsa and raita and tahina and that fantastic soup!!
