It’s been a verrrrrrrrry long time since I’ve had the chance to cook with fresh prawns! How lucky we feel to have them today. It was a small amount very kindly gifted to us so I split it – half in sambal because eid and hari raya needs sambal right? ()and the other half here, for the kids on their toast.
